Odds are good that if you are a.) single and b.) spent time with your family for the Mother's Day holiday you were c.) reminded of a.) more times than you really cared for. Well, maybe it is time to make an honest effort to meet someone you could share the rest of your life with - or, you know, at least have someone to bring to those awkward work functions. On Monday, Cupid.com/PreDating will give local singles an opportunity to breeze through up to a dozen six-minute speed dates, giving you a chance to see and be seen (and possibly connect) with other people from the area who are looking for the same thing you are. The event begins at 7 PM at Spot Coffee, 227 Delaware Ave., Buffalo. Cost is $35. All singles ages 24-34 are welcome.
